Coastal Risk Management Timeline |

Looking for a dynamic timeline which includes more than just disastrous events?
The Safecoast project developed such a tool for five countries bordering the North Sea (Denmark, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium).
This table show policies, acts, works and plans concerning coastal zone management and protection of the participating countries over the last 100 years. Some are precautionary safety measures and some are a response to floods and storm surges. The timeline can be found on the Safecoast website. |
