Information: Dr. Alexey Khaliulin ,
graduated from the Leningrad Hydrometeorological Institute, Department of Oceanology in 1984. After working for several years at the Naval Hydrographic Service he joined the Marine Hydrophysical Institute as an Researcher in 1988.
Alexey Kh. Khaliulin received a Ph.D. (1999) in oceanography from the Marine Hydrophysical Institute, Sevastopol. He specializes in regional oceanography of the Black Sea, its climatic and long-term variability, database management and software engineering. The results of his works are presented in more than 35 scientific papers and proceeding of international conferences.
Experiences:
Participated in: 9 oceanographic cruises in: Atlantic, Indian oceans, Mediterranean, Black and Barents Seas.
